ORDER QUESTIONS

Can I change my address/edit my order?

Orders are sent out very quickly and your order may have already been packaged, in which case we are unable to make any changes.

We are always happy to assist in fixing any orders if we can, but Holley Girl is not responsible for replacing orders sent to the incorrect address, so please be careful to fill in your information correctly. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary between 3-6 business days. If you have not received your package 15 days from your order purchase date, please reach out to our team at hello@holleygirl.com

*Please note that fulfillment time is not counted in the estimated delivery window.

*Holley Girl is not responsible for any delays in delivery times by shipping carriers.

I am missing an item/received a damaged item that I ordered.

We do our best to ensure all of our items meet our high quality standards, but occasionally we miss a damaged or defective item. Please email us at hello@holleygirl.com and we'll be happy to assist!

When you email us, please include:

1. Your order number.

2. The item that is missing/damaged.

Do you offer free shipping?

US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping on the site. Please note that shipping fees don't count towards the $100. If using a discount code on your order, the order will need to be over $100 after the discount for free shipping to apply. International orders do not quality for free shipping.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges as our inventory moves quickly. However, you can simply return the items and repurchase the correct items/sizes you need. We recommend snagging the new items as soon as possible to avoid them from selling out.

What is your return policy?

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise that is in resellable condition, may be returned for a refund, in the original form of payment, within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days through the refund portal to qualify. Return requests submitted 15-30 days after delivery will be eligible for shop credit only. Orders past 30 days are no longer eligible for return.

*Items must be in NEW condition. Unworn, unwashed and unused with tags attached in original packaging. Items must be fragrance free, neatly folded, no marks of any kind, or pet hair. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)

*Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box & placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damages to shoe boxes may make them ineligible for return. 

*Any items not eligible for return for any of the reasons listed above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

How do I start a return?

Click here to start your return! You will be directed to our return portal to enter in your order number and email address used for your purchase.

Can I still return my order if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! However, international orders are not eligible for return shipping labels. Customers will need to purchase their own return labels. International returns still need to be made within the 14 day return window. 

*All return shipping and fees of any kind (including duties, taxes or customs) must also be covered by the customer.

When can I expect my refund?

Returns are processed within 7 business days, once they're received at our office. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.

Where are you located?

We are an online shop, located in Utah.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

At this time we do not have a customer service phone number.

However, our responsive customer service team works Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm MST. Emails are typically responded to within 24-48 hours during business days. 

 

CLOTHING

Do you carry tall/petite sizing?

We do not carry a specific petite/tall line, but we have many petite & tall customers that are able to find pieces that work for them. All inseams and lengths are listed for each product on our website so you can see which items will work best for you.

How do I know my size in denim?

Our jeans run in odd numbers, the size listed will be listed with the odd size (9), with the waist size (28). If you are unsure we always recommend going off of the waist measurement. Our denim is in women's sizing, they just run in odd numbers instead of even sizing.

I received a restock notification now I can’t find it on the site at all.

When items come back in stock, restock notifications are sent out to all customers who have signed up for the waitlist for that specific item and size. Depending on how many customers have signed up, those items can sell our quickly.
