RETURN POLICY FAQ'S
*TIKTOK SHOP ORDERS MUST PLACE RETURN REQUESTS THROUGH TIKTOK. GO TO YOUR PROFILE, CLICK ON "YOUR ORDERS." SELECT YOUR ORDER AND CLICK "RETURN YOUR ITEMS" AND SUBMIT YOUR INFO. ANY RETURN LABELS AND REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH THE TIKTOK APP.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise that is in resellable condition, may be returned for a refund, in the original for of payment, within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days through the refund portal to qualify. Return requests submitted 15-30 days after delivery will be eligible for shop credit only. Orders past 30 days are no longer eligible for return.
Make sure all items are in NEW condition. Unworn, unwashed and unused with tags attached in original packaging. Items must be fragrance free, neatly folded, no marks of any kind, or pet hair. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box & placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damages to shoe boxes may make them ineligible for return.
Swimwear can be returned in the 14 day period, with all sanitary liners and tagged attached. Must be clean and in new/resellable condition. No deodorant or makeup marks.
*Any items not eligible for return for any of the reasons listed above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
1) Click here to start your return. You will be directed to our return portal to enter in your order number and zip code used for your purchase. If you purchased Redo Free Unlimited Returns at checkout for $1.98 on your order, no additional return shipping fees will apply and a return label will be generated for you. If you did not check out with Redo on your order, you will go through the returns portal and purchase a return shipping label there. Shipping label prices will vary based on the weight and size of the items you are returning.
2) Make sure all items are in NEW condition, unworn with tags attached in original packaging, and fragrance free. No marks of any kind. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)
3) Ship packages back to Holley Girl.
4) Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
**Once returned, your item will be processed within 7 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
**Returned items that aren't eligible for refunds will be returned to customer at their cost.
*Returns over $300 will be charged a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted off the return amount.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are not eligible for return shipping labels. If a return needs to be made they can be mailed back by the customer to Holley Girl. International returns still need to be made within the 14 day return window.
All return shipping and fees of any kind (including duties, taxes or customs) must also be covered by the customer.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Our inventory moves quickly, so we aren't able to offer exchanges. If you need to return an item for another size, send it back asap and go ahead and repurchase the correct item you would like. Once your return is received and processed, we will go ahead and refund you for that item.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item, per tracking number. Please email hello@holleygirl.com with your order number and a description and photo of the damaged item.
ARE ANY ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE?
The following items are non returnable...
- Accessories (including jewelry, bags, etc, as listed in their product descriptions)
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" in the title of the item
- Doorbusters
- Tanning Products
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are placed. Make sure to verify your shipping info before checking out.
Discounts or codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after being placed.
If multiple orders are placed, they cannot be combined at shipping.
Holley Girl does not offer price adjustments of any kind.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on method of shipping selected at checkout and the delivery address. Tracking info will be emailed to you so you can track your order as soon as it has shipped.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Orders that have purchased shipping protection can to report any lost or stolen packages within 30 days of the last tracking update. This is calculated from the tracking number for the order.
Holley Girl is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages for orders that have not purchased shipping protection.
Holley Girl is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong given address.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Once orders are fulfilled and turned over to postal carriers, those postal carriers are liable to deliver packages in the time frame listed. If orders are delayed by a mail carrier, Holley Girl is not liable to refund any expedited shipping fees paid.
Any order refused at delivery and sent back to Holley Girl will not be refunded for shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Holley Girl does not cover any duties, taxes or custom fees. Customers will be liable for any shipping or additional fees that may arise.
International packages that are returned to Holley Girl will be issued a refund minus the original shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
