RETURNS

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise that is in resellable condition, may be returned for store credit or refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Once returned, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition you will receive a code for store credit or refund. Please indicate which you would prefer when you return your item.

Returned items that aren't eligible for refunds or credit, will be returned to customer at their cost.

EXCHANGES 

Our inventory moves quickly, so we aren't able to offer exchanges. If you need to return an item for another size, send it back asap and go ahead and repurchase the correct item you would like. Once your return is received and processed, we will go ahead and refund you for that item. 

RETURN PROCESS

1) Email heyholleygirl@gmail.com to notify us that a return is coming. You can choose to ship the item back yourself, or have a prepaid label sent to you. If we supply you with a label, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund once your item is received. Our shipping rates are usually lower, so we offer this added service. 

2) Make sure all items are in NEW condition with tags attached in original boxes, and fragrance free. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)

3) Ship packages back to Holley Girl. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

4) Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
